Customer Service - Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Shipping & Delivery

    We use a number of highly regarded third party couriers to deliver throughout the UK. Shipping overseas can be arranged please contact our sales office for costs on 01303 647099.

    • UK Mainland Delivery Estimate: Next working day is standard for stock items without printing that are ordered before 12 noon. Orders with printing generally 5 working days from the receipt of the ready to print artwork
    • Delivery is 1-3 day service of stock items to UK mainland addresses (please note delivery is chargeable at a standard rate should a refund for a returned order be requested).
    • Northern Ireland Delivery Estimate: 2 working days
    • Highlands & Channel Islands Estimate: 2-5 working days
    • Delivery costs are based on the weight of the goods

  • Returns, Replacements & Refunds

    If your order is delivered to you in damaged packaging, please sign for the package(s) as UNCHECKED or in cases of extreme damage REFUSE delivery. This will allow the cost of return to be borne by the courier company.
    If damage is noticed after unpacking, in the first instance, please report damage immediately to the sales office sales@indigodisplays.co.uk.

    • Please give your details including your order number and supply
    • For speed of process and where appropriate, please email a picture of the damaged area.

    All products are covered by at the very least a 1 year’s manufacturer’s warranty and will repaired or replaced if the ‘’reason for return’’ is found to be valid.

            Refunds requested prior to despatch are subject to an administration charge.

  • Business to Business Customers

    Indigo Displays will endeavor to facilitate a speedy resolution to any issues, however, we are unable to refund goods that are: undamaged, custom made/custom printed, repairable or in the possession of the client for 24hrs without informing Indigo Displays.

    Consumer Purchases

    Should the goods be rejected purely under the distance selling regulations then the delivery costs and any credit card charges incurred by Indigo Displays will be borne by the consumer.  If the order was  eligible for our 'Free Delivery Service' the delivery cost will be based on our standard tariff for delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in a re-saleble condition.sales@indigodisplays.co.uk
